Cinnamon Pull-Apart Muffins

This recipe is really beyond being budget friendly it is just plain cheap.

I use two roll of the refrigerated biscuit dough and a small bowl of cinnamon sugar.

Spray your muffin tins with oil then sprinkle a small amount of the cinnamon sugar in the bottom of the muffin cups. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss in the cinnamon sugar and coat than drop 6 to 8 pieces in each muffin cup. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.

If you want you can glaze with a mix of 1 cup powder sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk. I prefer mine unglazed.

Marc and I have made these as a holiday treat in the past. We rolled the biscuits flat and cut them with a small seasonal cookie cutter such as a leaf or heart. Once cut the biscuits were coated with cinnamon sugar than layed out on a cookie sheet overlapping to form a wreath.
